Abstract

|
|
The term "conjoined twins" is usually applied to twins who have some variety of anatomical union. We report an autopsy case of craniopagus which was delivered with cesarean section from a 24-year-old multiparous woman at 29 weeks of gestation period. Review of the literature concerning the classification, incidence, pathogenesis and operative aspect was made.
